Q. What is TJG?
A. TJG is a small and select group of professional travel writers and photographers who live throughout the US and Canada.

Q. What is the purpose of the organization?
A. We travel to compelling destinations to gather story material and photos that are published in a wide range of travel related publications, internet and broadcast outlets.

Q. What are some travel guidelines for the group?
A. TJG travels to obtain information and materials. Spouses are not allowed and TJG meetings, if necessary, are limited to one hour per trip.

Q. Who are TJG members?
A. All members are working, independent journalists who have passed an application process in which their work has met exacting requirements.

Q. Are there requirements for results from trips?
A. The organization has a "no clips, no trips" policy which means that members must publish from trips in order to travel on future trips. TJG has strict internal guidelines to determine each person's eligibility to go on a trip.

Q. How is production measured?
A. The TJG Computerized Media Report tracks published outcome from trips and lists this information in a data base. By reviewing the CMR and our past clips, hosts can see how effective a TJG trip is in reaching millions of viewers.
